About A-Rise Workforce Solutions
Founded by Ahmadullah Sediqi, and Samana Muzaffari. A-Rise workforce Solutions brings together years of experience in workforce development and community support. Both founders hold master’s degrees in human resources from the University of Houston–Downtown, with advanced knowledge of HR policy, employment law, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational behavior.
Ahmadullah Sediqi is also a PhD candidate in Leadership, adding a research-driven approach to motivation, ethical leadership, and workforce culture. Together, the founders combine academic excellence with real-world experience to deliver staffing solutions that work.
